The institute was established in 2020, by a team of rabbis from the seminary of the Tzaddik Gaon Hinoka, Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Bari Shlita.The institute undertook the work of collecting, editing and publishing the essays and lessons of the genocide Hinoka which began in 2005.
Publish them and quench the thirst of many from all over the world.The institute promotes the "Opinion of God" project - Torah and Daat lessons throughout the country given by rabbis from his beit midrash.The institutes vision is to continue the spiritual revolution that has changed the lives of tens of thousands from all walks of life, from the observant to the approaching.
